I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing — the jets are powerful and perfect for a relaxing massage. I also loved that there’s an outdoor shower and restroom by the pool area. Everything felt clean and well maintained. The room was very nice, with a good TV, free Wi-Fi, and comfortable setup. The staff and service were awesome — very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a big highlight. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a great variety like oatmeal, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, and more. It was fresh and satisfying every morning. The only two small things I would change: I wish the pool had later hours so guests could enjoy a night swim. The room I stayed in didn’t have a separate door for the toilet, so there isn’t much privacy if one person is showering and another needs to use the restroom. Other than that, everything was great and I had a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

EDIT: I received a very sincere email from the hotel this morning taking my concerns very seriously. I greatly appreciate the near immediate feedback from Isabel. This is what top notch customer service is all about. I'm a bit shocked at writing this review. I had high expectations going into this, but I was disappointed at a few items. Firstly, this hotel is only about a year old. It still smells and looks new. There are fantastic appointments in the lobby. The outdoor seating area is gorgeous with plenty of seating near the fire pits. There were also grills with free to use utensils at the front desk. The pool and hot jacuzzi look awesome. I've never seen an infinity edge pool at a hotel before. I didn't try to pool, as it was to cold for my taste. the jacuzzi was weird. The first night, it acted like a negative edge too, which I thought was weird, but new technology. The second night, the water was 2 feet lower than the drain and cold. Let the front desk know. Third night it was hot as heck, but quickly loosing water, so much so that I spent 10 minutes in it and the water level was quickly decreasing and making a lot of noise. Didn't use it the 4th night, to much of a hassle. As others have stated, the room lights are bazar. I was working for several hours, and because they are motion sensor you have to move around every 1 minute. To make it worse, the sensor was above the bed, and did not recognize you sitting at the computer desk of on the couch. I was told at the front desk the sensor was every 15 minutes. It was every 1 minute - I timed it. That was frustrating. The shower and bath was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for two to use it at the same time. The room was very noisy with very thin walls. Both above and to the side was very loud in the early morning My platinum status was not recognized at check in - small petty thing. I've read others were charged for parking, I was not. If they do want to charge you for parking, there is plenty of free parking on the street out front. Its a very safe area, I wouldn't hesitate to do it to save a few dollars. Keep in mind there are A LOT of restaurants in the area. Some are pretty far to walk, others are right across the street.

Been there twice absolutely one of my faves to just getaway the breakfast is so good. A lot of variety and the gym is pretty awesome. The stuff is nice. Always clean.

This hotel was at par with a couple disappointments. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with comfortable beds and a well-designed layout that made the stay relaxing and convenient. The staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth. On downside was the lack of consistency with breakfast. Greek yogurt and potatoes were only seen on day 1 of a week stay; often unavailable, and for vegetarians who don’t eat eggs, the options were very limited. Aside from this, the complimentary breakfast was fresh and well-organized. Swimming pool and gym were clean to enjoy but jacuzzi was dirty, could be because it was in all open space. Despite the minor issues, the hotel offers comfort, quality, and good service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

It was great warm welcome from Ryan and the staff is very friendly. Smile is the only thing that I have issues with is playing political TV in an open space when we as a lesbian couple with kids fear having enough fear as well so it’d be nice to have a neutral space for everybody to feel you feel welcomed

I took my dad to San Diego for a funeral and we stayed here. I have stayed at a lot hotels and by far the best services I have ever had! Rooms were beautiful, restaurant/bar had a great little menu, breakfast was fresh, snack store had everything and the services 1/29 through 2/1 was a 10. Thank you

Such a wonderful staff in this hotel. My team usually stays here for work and this is the second year we spend a week in their meeting rooms for yearly strategic planning. The staff is always attentive and super flexible, they go above and beyond. The hotel is spacious with great natural light, and has a wonderful grill and swimming pool. Very centric and close to stores, and walking trails. I highly recommend it!

Loved this place - we come often to watch grandson play football—-first stay here was great—-From front desk to bartenders, to plant staff-and housekeepers were all wonderful and the outdoor area is clean and relaxing with beautiful pool and grill area! We did have to pay a whole night extra to stay Because there was no late checkouts allowed, which I wish they would change because when you fly in on Friday and out on Sunday, it’s gonna happen—-But overall, I would stay again we would just have to be careful of our flights which don’t give you a lot of choice in some cases
